Role description
Contract role: AI & Data Analyst (inside IR35)
Contract Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: through to the end of 2026 (This role will then go permanent during or at the end of the contract)
Contract location: This role is full-time, 5 days per week. You will be required to go into the office 2-3 days weekly, either Edinburgh or Manchester
This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations at one of our premier Financial Services clients.
To support and lead Group Procurement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data activities and manage the delivery of innovation to help deliver the Procurement strategy and to strengthen Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Management proposition. To be successful in this role you will have M icrosoft co-pilot experience ( prompt engineering, automation and co-pilot agents).
The role purpose:
• This role is to drive the AI agenda within Group Procurement, identifying opportunities to leverage AI Agents and process automation.
• Ensuring data accuracy in support of audit or regulatory requests for information to provide submissions in a timely manner
• Supporting the creation, embedding and maintenance of AI technology solutions to support the overall success of Group Procurement and the Group-wide Business.
Skills required:
• Advanced and demonstrable understanding of the Microsoft Power applications including Power Automate, Power Apps Forms and Power BI
• Advanced and demonstrable experience in the use of Agentic AI to deliver process simplification/automation, including CoPilot Studio
• Strong analytical skills – an ability to effectively interpret data and present insights using the latest technology
• Effective communicator - an ability to engage, collaborate and present creative ideas to improve ways of working
• Demonstrable understanding of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supplier Management
• Graduate calibre or relevant professional qualification desirable
• Demonstrable experience in the development of Agentic AI processes and Data Integrity.
