Job Overview
We are seeking a data professional experienced in working with medium to complex data structures within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling data in Snowflake, transforming datasets with DBT, and building efficient visualizations in Power BI, including implementing logic using DAX. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
AI Engineering & Data Responsibilities
• Collaborate with data modelers to prepare, structure, and optimize datasets for AI model training and inference.
• Design and implement data pipelines to support AI/ML workflows, including feature engineering and model monitoring processes.
• Integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models into business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Evaluate and implement AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI models, or custom ML solutions) to enhance analytics capabilities and user experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
• Technical Tools: SQL, DBT, Azure Data Factory (ADF), DAX, Power BI, Snowflake
• AI/ML Integration: Experience embedding AI/ML models into data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Data Modeling: Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex data models, including normalization, denormalization, and schema designs (star schema, snowflake schema).
• Ingestion Processes: Experience developing and optimizing EL processes using Azure Data Factory.
• Data Transformation: Proficiency in building and optimizing DBT models, including data testing and documentation.
• Data Warehousing: Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices, particularly within the Snowflake ecosystem (optimization, query tuning, clustering).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure for data storage, integration, processing, and AI services.
• Programming: Proficiency in SQL and DAX; familiarity with Python or R for AI/ML is a plus.
• Data Visualization: Proven experience designing interactive, scalable, and high-performance Power BI visualizations, including semantic model development.
• AI Training & Development: Experience working with data and system architecture to support the training and deployment of AI-enhanced analytics and features.
