We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst for our client's Generative AI Evaluation team. This group builds and maintains analytics frameworks that validate AI models used by clinicians, researchers, and healthcare educators.
What you’ll do:
• Lead evaluation strategy for generative AI models
• Build metrics, queries, and data models for AI performance assessment
• Analyze and validate model outputs for accuracy, bias, and clinical relevance
• Partner with AI researchers, product, clinical SMEs, and engineering teams
• Present insights to senior leadership and drive roadmap decisions
Must have:
• 6–9+ years in data analytics
• Strong recent experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
• Healthcare/clinical/life sciences domain experience
• Experience building or maintaining AI/ML evaluation frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
