AI Developer

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level AI Developer to join a dynamic, fully remote team focused on building cutting-edge AI-driven applications. This role requires all the capabilities of a Python-based Fullstack Developer, plus deep, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)—particularly Azure OpenAI (preferred), OpenAI, or HuggingFace. The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of agentic frameworks such as Langchain, CrewAI, or Langgraph, and experience with agentic telemetry tools like AgentOp or Langsmith to monitor and enhance AI performance. A strong background in ChatGPT, excellent programming skills, and familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack are essential. This person should be comfortable working independently, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong attention to detail when building intelligent, scalable systems. • Location: 100% Remote • Duration: 6 months, with the potential for extension • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $65 - $80 / hr. w2 Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python and relevant frameworks • Implement and optimize LLMs to enhance application capabilities • Integrate and utilize agentic frameworks to support AI functionalities • Monitor and analyze AI performance using telemetry tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions Key Technical Skills: • Fullstack Development (Python-based) • Experience with LLMs such as Azure OpenAI (preferred), OpenAI, or HuggingFace • Working knowledge of ChatGPT and similar conversational AI tools • Proficiency with agentic frameworks (Langchain, CrewAI, Langgraph) • Familiarity with telemetry tools (AgentOp, Langsmith) • Strong programming skills and experience with Microsoft tools/stack Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills • Effective teamwork and collaboration • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Adaptability and continuous learning Education/Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) • Relevant certifications in AI or Python development (optional but beneficial) Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
