We are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist – Generative AI & Automation to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and enable teams to effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT across the organization. • Responsibilities Include: • Identify and optimize manual workflows by implementing AI-driven solutions • • Develop and deploy custom GPTs and automation using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and Power Automate • • Stay up to date with the latest Generative AI features and advancements • • Conduct demos, training sessions, and workshops to improve AI adoption across teams • • Promote best practices in prompt engineering and advanced AI usage techniques • • Monitor and analyze usage metrics, including adoption rates, engagement, and tool utilization • • Provide insights and recommendations to improve AI ROI and efficiency • • Build and maintain a library of reusable, high-quality prompts • • Establish governance guidelines for ethical, secure, and compliant AI usage • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI use cases and playbooks • • Act as an internal AI consultant to drive productivity and innovation initiatives Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Generative AI tools • Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques • Experience with workflow automation/tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.) • Ability to analyze usage data and measure AI adoption and ROI • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business-friendly insights • Experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, or enablement initiatives is a plus Important Details: • Employment Type: Contract • Work Location: Remote • Company HQ: New York • Target Bill Rate: $60/hr • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours • Benefits: PTO, 401k Retirement Contribution • This hot job won’t be open long • APPLY TODAY!Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
