The Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our internal Enabling Functions team. You will be expected to:
β’ Build Agentic AI and GenAI solutions, from PoC to production, using agile methodologies and best practices.
β’ Expertise in Agentic AI platforms, especially LangGraph.
β’ Apply advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, to extract insights and generate solutions from structured and unstructured data.
β’ Build data pipelines, models, and AI applications using cloud platforms and frameworks such as Azure AI/ML Studio, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
β’ Build and deploy production grade fine-tuned LLMs and complex RAG architectures.
β’ Create and manage the complex and robust prompts across the GenAI solutions.
β’ Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues, using data visualisation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
β’ Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data privacy regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience
β’ Experienced in data science, machine learning and AI and delivering AI-driven solutions using a variety of tools and techniques
β’ Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with data science, AI libraries and frameworks.
β’ Expert in implementing Agentic AI solutions, MCP protocols and integrating with GenAI based applications.
β’ Experience in working with cloud platforms and services, such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
β’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Certified in data science, AI, or cloud technologies.
β’ Expertise in prompt engineering.
Desirable
β’ Prior experience with ethical AI practices and data privacy is highly desirable.
Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Coding particular Dev Ops stipulated user stories.
