Job Title: Agentic Developer Seeking an experienced Agentic Developer to support advanced R&D initiatives in AI agent systems and next-generation conversational intelligence. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AGENTC capabilities using large language models and advanced reasoning frameworks. Key Responsibilities Develop AGENTC-based systems using GPT-style and other LLM architectures Design and optimize agent memory (short-term, long-term, retrieval-based) Implement multi-step reasoning and chain-of-inference pipelines Build robust context-handling frameworks for dynamic conversations Develop text-to-structured-data pipelines for automated knowledge capture Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate agent technologies into innovation initiatives Document system architectures and experimental results Required SkillsExperience 3-5 years of industry experience in AI/ML, LLM, or agent systems development Strong experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, evaluation, prompt engineering) Hands-on experience with agent memory, reasoning, or planning systems Expertise in context management and retrieval optimization Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks Strong collaboration skills in research-driven environments Education PhD preferred in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field Master's degree considered with exceptional agent/LLM experience
