We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and hands-on experience designing and building agentic workflows. Duties and Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems
β’ Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions
β’ Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation
β’ Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives
β’ Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production
β’ Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures
Requirements and Qualifications
β’ Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages
β’ Practical prompt engineering & prompt lifecycle management (versioning, regression testing).
β’ Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems
β’ Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
β’ Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
β’ Hands-on experience with cloud platform AWS
β’ Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have (Differentiators)
AWS & Platform:
β’ Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agents, Guardrails early adoption / integration patterns.
β’ Amazon Q or similar copilots in internal tooling contexts.
β’ Hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vector fusion, rerankers) or experimentation with multiβvector approaches.
