Required
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills with experience in AI/ML application development.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI-native development workflows.
• Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI systems, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience building and deploying NLP, LLM, Generative AI, Recommendation Systems, Computer Vision, or Multimodal AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool-calling architectures, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, SQL, and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, experiment tracking, and AI observability.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
