AI Implementation Specialist (AWS AI Lab Setup & Design)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in the AWS platform and a proven track record in designing and setting up AI labs on AWS. This role focuses on hands-on development, integration, and deployment of AI solutions in alignment with architectural designs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable AI systems, integrating machine learning models, and deploying AI-driven applications within a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and deploy AI models and services on AWS • Implement AI-driven solutions, including: • Recommendation engines • Document analysis solutions • Chatbots and conversational AI • Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and APIs • Collaborate with AI Architects to translate designs into scalable, functional solutions • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability • Participate in data conversion and maintenance activities • Provide best practices and innovative approaches to AI implementation • Mentor client team members and support knowledge transfer • Contribute to project deliverables and technical documentation • Act as both a hands-on contributor and a technical thought leader Mandatory Skills • Strong programming skills in Python • Hands-on experience with AWS (required) • Proven experience in AI lab setup and design on AWS • Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as: • TensorFlow • PyTorch • Scikit-learn • Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering • Experience building APIs and integrating AI services • Strong understanding of: • Data preprocessing • Model training and evaluation • Experience deploying AI models using cloud-based AI services Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Familiarity with vector databases • Experience building AI chatbots or conversational assistants • Knowledge of OCR and document intelligence tools • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for AI models • Experience with recommendation engines or predictive analytics Deliverables • Process flow documentation • Knowledge transfer and mentoring for client teams • Contribution to all relevant project deliverables • Participation in data conversion and maintenance activities • Delivery of best practices and innovative AI solutions • Active participation as a core team member
