AI Implementation Specialist

Role Description We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused AI Implementation Specialist to work directly with the founder of Projixx. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing AI systems—specifically leveraging tools like OpenClaw and modern LLM stacks—to drive real business outcomes. This is not a research or theoretical role. You will be hands-on building agents, structuring workflows, securing environments, and ensuring systems are production-ready for a fast-moving operator. Qualifications Technical • Strong experience with: • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Agent frameworks (OpenClaw, LangChain, AutoGen, etc.) • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript • Experience with: • Prompt engineering at a systems level (not just single prompts) • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Understanding of: • Tokenization, embeddings, and context management • Multi-agent orchestration patterns Security & Infrastructure • API security and key management • Data isolation and access control design • Basic cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, or similar) Systems Thinking • Ability to design clean, scalable AI architectures • Strong intuition for: • When to use agents vs workflows • When to simplify vs over-engineer Ideal Profile • Builder mentality: you ship fast and refine in production • Comfortable working directly with a founder in an unstructured environment • Can translate ambiguous ideas into concrete systems • Obsessed with efficiency, leverage, and practical outcomes—not theory Nice to Have • Experience deploying internal AI tools for startups or operators • Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) • Background in sales, operations, or analytics workflows What Success Looks Like • AI agents actively handling real business tasks (not demos) • Systems that are: • Secure • Cost-efficient • Reliable under daily use • Founder can delegate workflows to AI with confidence Engagement Structure • Flexible: contract, fractional, or full-time • High autonomy, direct access to decision-making • Focus on output and speed over process
