AI Implementations Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Seattle (SEA), Menlo Park (MPK), New York City (NYC), or Washington DC
Role Overview
Seeking an AI Implementations Specialist to build AI-driven solutions, develop agent skills, create structured context files, and enable skill orchestration across workflows. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support cross-functional teams. Success is measured by the quality, reliability, and adoption of the AI solutions delivered.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain AI agent skills that perform specific tasks within orchestrated workflows.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions and automations from requirements through deployment.
• Create and maintain structured context files such as CLAUDE.md, project context documents, and other AI knowledge assets.
• Configure and enable multi-skill orchestration to solve complex, multi-step business problems.
• Test and validate AI solutions against acceptance criteria and performance targets.
• Document skill capabilities, orchestration patterns, and context file schemas.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.
• Ability to create and maintain structured data files such as JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-starter who can ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Python experience.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or skill orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with CLI tools and terminal-based workflows.
Must-Have Skills
1. Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent-based workflows.
