Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Azure services, Python, and PySpark. Experience Level: 15+ Years Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in software engineering / data engineering / solution architecture roles. • Strong experience building and deploying ML solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Storage, AKS, etc.). • Hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark for data processing and model development. • Experience with Copilot / AI copilots / Generative AI integration and solutioning. • Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, data governance, and security. • Ability to lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills: • Experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or custom model fine-tuning. • Knowledge of Databricks, delta lakes, and large-scale distributed systems. • Microsoft Azure certifications (Architect, Data Engineer, AI Engineer).
