Role description
Long-term contract to Hire Conduct basic analysis of product metrics and share insights with the product team. responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform product strategy, optimize user experience, and drive growth. Write and test simple AI prompts to support product delivery and business workflows. Al Agent Interaction: Write, test, and review prompts for Al agents; evaluate Al outputs to ensure alignment with business requirements. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders Draft initial user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance from product leads. Support backlog refinement sessions and help track story progress. Collaborate with technical business analysts and developers to ensure smooth delivery. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test results. This role bridges data insights and business decisions—collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. • Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and customer feedback to identify trends and insights. • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics (KPIs) and track feature adoption, retention, and engagement. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product health and performance to stakeholders. • Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate new features, product changes, and experiments. • Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements. • Work with data engineering teams to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines and tracking implementations. • Support product roadmap decisions by quantifying opportunities and measuring business impact. • Present findings and insights in clear, visual, and compelling ways to technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: • Write and test simple AI prompts to support product delivery and business workflows. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. • Experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Optimizely). • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. • Familiarity with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling concepts. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
