Role Description
Yadimen Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Product Developer/Specialist to work on a client engagement on a day-rate contract, on-site role located in the Leeds, United Kingdom. In this role,
β’ Assess and shape AI / Copilot use cases into well-defined proposals with clear value hypotheses and measurable success criteria
β’ Conduct deep analysis of business workflows, processes, and decision points to identify AI opportunities
β’ Design end-to-end AI-enabled workflows: prompt patterns, orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop models
β’ Assess data readiness, technical feasibility, ethical considerations, and compliance impacts for each use case
β’ Support experimentation β define MVP scope, evaluation criteria, testing parameters, and adoption-readiness indicators
β’ Embed responsible AI principles (transparency, explainability, fairness, ISO 42001) from the design stage
β’ Provide structured analysis for business cases, investment decisions, and AI governance forums
β’ Build and maintain a library of reusable design artefacts, patterns, and templates for the AI Foundry
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience in digital, data, or AI programmes within complex or regulated environments
β’ Ability to map processes, decision flows, and user journeys to identify AI/automation opportunities
β’ Understanding of core AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, decision support, responsible AI
β’ Experience assessing data quality, readiness, lineage, and feasibility for AI solutions
β’ Skilled in user research, facilitation, co-design, and requirements workshops
β’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Fundamentals
β’ Strong stakeholder management β comfortable engaging at senior level
β’ Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and risk-aware delivery
