Role Description Yadimen Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Product Developer/Specialist to work on a client engagement on a day-rate contract, on-site role located in the Leeds, United Kingdom. In this role, • Assess and shape AI / Copilot use cases into well-defined proposals with clear value hypotheses and measurable success criteria • Conduct deep analysis of business workflows, processes, and decision points to identify AI opportunities • Design end-to-end AI-enabled workflows: prompt patterns, orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop models • Assess data readiness, technical feasibility, ethical considerations, and compliance impacts for each use case • Support experimentation — define MVP scope, evaluation criteria, testing parameters, and adoption-readiness indicators • Embed responsible AI principles (transparency, explainability, fairness, ISO 42001) from the design stage • Provide structured analysis for business cases, investment decisions, and AI governance forums • Build and maintain a library of reusable design artefacts, patterns, and templates for the AI Foundry Qualifications • Proven experience in digital, data, or AI programmes within complex or regulated environments • Ability to map processes, decision flows, and user journeys to identify AI/automation opportunities • Understanding of core AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, decision support, responsible AI • Experience assessing data quality, readiness, lineage, and feasibility for AI solutions • Skilled in user research, facilitation, co-design, and requirements workshops • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Fundamentals • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable engaging at senior level • Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and risk-aware delivery
