Position Summary: We are seeking an innovative AI SDLC AI Agent Developer to build next-generation AI-powered software engineering workflows. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder with deep experience developing agentic workflows using Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Codex APIs. This role focuses on accelerating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by orchestrating intelligent AI agents capable of planning, coding, reviewing, testing, documenting, and deploying software autonomously.
You will design and implement multi-agent systems that leverage Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and modern orchestration frameworks to streamline software delivery across distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered SDLC workflows using Claude, Codex, and other LLM APIs.
• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of software planning, code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing.
• Build multi-agent orchestration frameworks that automate end-to-end software development processes.
• Orchestrate cross-region AI-driven development workflows to improve engineering productivity and release velocity.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Design and integrate Knowledge Graphs to enhance contextual reasoning and code understanding.
• Develop AI agents that integrate with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Create AI-assisted code review, pull request analysis, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, agent memory, and tool-calling capabilities for enterprise AI applications.
• Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, and product teams to embed AI throughout the SDLC.
• Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and agentic architectures for continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex or modern coding assistants and code-generation APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
