Role description
AI SPECIALIST
6 month contract with the intent to hire full time
Onsite once or twice a month, must be located around the Central Florida Area
Agentic AI Platform team, they implement governance and guard rails to support Developers
They are starting with Power Platform
They need proficiency in the stack they need
Co-Pilot studio specialist, not hands on agent building/ Co Pilot studio- need to be able to support the makers- how do they use- Advisory role- enablers of makers
Power Platform-
Prior Builders in power platform, and in Co-Pilot studio- Things that have made it to production, experience at certain scale- have they built anything a new client a new setting
The “Ideal” Composite Background
The strongest candidates usually look like this:
Power Platform or Automation background + conversational thinking + recent deep Copilot Studio hands-on work
They:
• Built real solutions before Copilot Studio
• Adopted Copilot Studio early
• Learned through failure, not training decks
