AI and Process Engineering consultant -We are looking for a motivated AI & Process Engineering Consultant with 1 3 years of experience to support initiatives that improve business operations through automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization. This role will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement AI-driven solutions that increase efficiency and productivity. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in AI, business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for operational workflows
Assist in mapping business processes and documenting requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand operational challenges
Help implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma principles
Assist with data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI or automation tools
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
1 3 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, automation, or AI-related projects
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or process automation concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or Excel
Ability to document processes and workflows clearly
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow technologies
Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or business process re-engineering concepts
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Interest in digital transformation and emerging AI technologies
