AI Transformation Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Technical Lead to architect and deliver full-stack AI prototypes from concept to demo. This is a build-focused role where you’ll take defined use cases, design the architecture, and ship working AI applications within a fast-paced sprint environment. You’ll own the entire stack — from data and AI pipelines to front-end and integrations — and deliver solutions that are ready to be demonstrated to executive stakeholders. What You’ll Do: • Architect and build full-stack AI prototypes end-to-end • Translate business and use case requirements into scalable technical solutions • Design and implement AI pipelines using LLM APIs and modern AI tooling • Build front-end interfaces and connect back-end logic and data flows • Integrate enterprise systems and automate workflows across platforms • Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements • Ensure solutions are stable, demo-ready, and production-aware • Document architecture, decisions, and implementation for handoff to engineering teams • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Tech Stack & Requirements: • Full-stack development across data, API, AI, and UI layers • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI pipelines (prompting, RAG, agents, structured outputs) • Experience with AI-native development tools and rapid prototyping platforms • Workflow automation and system integration (e.g., orchestration tools, APIs, webhooks) • Cloud experience (AWS preferred – serverless, APIs, storage, managed AI services) • Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and tradeoffs • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and frameworks What You Bring: • Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered applications • Strong architectural judgment and ability to scope solutions quickly • Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and turn them into working systems • Clear communication skills — especially with non-technical stakeholders • Comfort operating in fast-paced, iterative environments What Success Looks Like: • Working, stable AI prototypes delivered within tight timelines • Clean, reliable demos with no surprises • Solutions that clearly align to business use cases • Documentation and handoff materials that enable continuation by engineering teams • Stakeholders who understand and can confidently speak to the solution If you’re a builder who thrives at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering — and you know how to turn ideas into working systems quickly — we’d love to connect.
