Role description
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Technical Lead to architect and deliver full-stack AI prototypes from concept to demo. This is a build-focused role where you’ll take defined use cases, design the architecture, and ship working AI applications within a fast-paced sprint environment. You’ll own the entire stack β€” from data and AI pipelines to front-end and integrations β€” and deliver solutions that are ready to be demonstrated to executive stakeholders. What You’ll Do: β€’ Architect and build full-stack AI prototypes end-to-end β€’ Translate business and use case requirements into scalable technical solutions β€’ Design and implement AI pipelines using LLM APIs and modern AI tooling β€’ Build front-end interfaces and connect back-end logic and data flows β€’ Integrate enterprise systems and automate workflows across platforms β€’ Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements β€’ Ensure solutions are stable, demo-ready, and production-aware β€’ Document architecture, decisions, and implementation for handoff to engineering teams β€’ Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Tech Stack & Requirements: β€’ Full-stack development across data, API, AI, and UI layers β€’ Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI pipelines (prompting, RAG, agents, structured outputs) β€’ Experience with AI-native development tools and rapid prototyping platforms β€’ Workflow automation and system integration (e.g., orchestration tools, APIs, webhooks) β€’ Cloud experience (AWS preferred – serverless, APIs, storage, managed AI services) β€’ Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and tradeoffs β€’ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and frameworks What You Bring: β€’ Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered applications β€’ Strong architectural judgment and ability to scope solutions quickly β€’ Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and turn them into working systems β€’ Clear communication skills β€” especially with non-technical stakeholders β€’ Comfort operating in fast-paced, iterative environments What Success Looks Like: β€’ Working, stable AI prototypes delivered within tight timelines β€’ Clean, reliable demos with no surprises β€’ Solutions that clearly align to business use cases β€’ Documentation and handoff materials that enable continuation by engineering teams β€’ Stakeholders who understand and can confidently speak to the solution If you’re a builder who thrives at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering β€” and you know how to turn ideas into working systems quickly β€” we’d love to connect.
