Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT AI – UX Engineer — Austin, TX (5 Days Onsite) | Contract Role: AI – UX Engineer Location: Austin, TX (5x/week onsite) Type: Contract Role Description A skilled AI–UX Engineer needed to support and scale internal Generative AI platforms. Role requires strong understanding of front-end development, user-centered design, and Agentic AI architecture. Candidate will design UX for Multi-Agent Orchestration Systems and build UI components interacting with the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Job Responsibilities Front-End & UI Development Build and architect user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. Create high-performance, responsive dashboards for AI agents. MCP Integration Develop front-end components integrating with MCP for secure and context-aware interaction with enterprise systems. Multi-Agent UX Design user controls like autonomy sliders, auditing tools, and workflow visualizations that help manage Multi-Agent systems. Accessibility & Design Systems Maintain scalable design systems aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Ensure all AI interfaces meet high-quality design expectations. User Validation & Testing Run usability testing, A/B tests, and telemetry analysis. Improve UX flow using user data and feedback. Collaboration Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to convert business challenges into practical AI–UX solutions.
