Hiring: AI/ML Data Scientist | Phoenix, AZ | 100% Onsite We're looking for an experienced AI/ML Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, anomaly detection, causal reasoning, time series modeling, and Generative AI to join a high-performing team focused on advancing enterprise AIOps solutions . Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsit e)Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extensio n)Work Authorization: USC and GC On ly Key Responsibilities & Skil ls: • Design and implement scalable machine learning models for AIOps use cases, including anomaly detection and root cause analy sis • Develop and optimize advanced anomaly detection algorithms for infrastructure, application, and operational telemetry d ata • Apply causal reasoning and causal inference frameworks to identify drivers of incidents and operational disrupti ons • Build and deploy time series forecasting and modeling solutions to predict performance degradation and system failu res • Develop robust data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and SQL • Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) techniques for intelligent summarization, incident triage, knowledge extraction, and automat ion • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to operationalize ML models in production environme nts • Drive continuous improvement of model performance, scalability, and reliabil ity • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to MLOps best practices and model governance initiati ves • Analyze large-scale structured and time series datasets to deliver actionable operational intellige nce Mandatory Ski lls: • 6+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning r oles • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar framewo rks) • Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and anal ysis • Hands-on experience with anomaly detection techniques (statistical, machine learning, and deep learning-ba sed) • Strong expertise in causal inference and causal reasoning methodolo gies • Experience working with large-scale structured and time series data sets • Strong knowledge of time series forecasting and modeling techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, State-Space Models, e tc.) • Experience deploying machine learning models into production environm ents • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management sk ills What We’re Looking For:A highly skilled AI/ML Data Scientist who can lead the development of intelligent AIOps solutions by leveraging machine learning, causal reasoning, time series analytics, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable production-grade ML solutions and driving operational intelligence initiatives across enterprise environm ents. Preferred Qualifica tions: • Experience with AIOps platforms, IT Operations analytics, or observability sol utions • Exposure to GenAI and LLM-based solutions for operational intelligence and auto mation • Experience with MLOps frameworks, model governance, and production moni toring • Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and distributed data processing fram eworks • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Experience working in Agile and cross-functional enterprise enviro nments Interested?
