Title: AI Application/GenAI Engineer
Location: Pleasanton, California (hybrid work)
Job type: Fulltime/Contract
Responsibilities:
We're seeking an AI/ML Engineer to lead LLM-driven system design, including prompt engineering, RAG workflows and LangChain orchestration. You'll craft and test prompts, implement A/B and statistical evaluations and deploy LLM features to production—driving innovation at the intersection of AI, engineering and real-world application.
Required skills:
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP or GenAI roles.
• Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering strategies.
• Proficient with LangChain (or similar), Python and API development.
• Solid experience building RAG pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with an A/B testing and evaluation-driven approach.
