As a AI/ML Engineer you will drive production-scale GenAI and ML initiatives that directly support Sales, Success, and Partnerships teams. You'll lead a small team, build prioritisation and churn prediction models, and develop GenAI tools (e.g., meeting summarising, interaction analysis) to improve rep efficiency and customer outcomes.
Key Skills:
Python, Java, DBT, Airflow (a plus)
NLP, deep learning, RAG pipelines
Experience with production GenAI systems and clear business impact
Strong communicator, focused on ROI and internal enablement
