AI Developer / Engineer This position focuses on building smart programs and tools using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help automate tasks, analyze data, and solve complex problems. The work involves using advanced AI techniques like deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, and virtual assistants. What You’ll Be Doing • Develop AI solutions to meet business needs—like making predictions, finding patterns, interpreting images or sound, and automating processes. • Experiment with large datasets to turn raw data into useful insights. • Use cutting-edge AI tools like LangGraph, RAG, NLP-to-SQL, and more. • Create and improve AI models to make them faster, smarter, and more accurate. • Build smart applications that integrate with existing software systems. • Document processes and collaborate with other developers and data scientists. What’s Required • Experience: 5+ years in AI or software development. • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field). • Skills: • Strong background in AI and machine learning. • Familiarity with tools like Python, Google Cloud Platform, Azure. • Experience with software development lifecycle and documentation. • Knowledge of MLOps and integrating AI into software systems.
