Job Role: AI/ML EngineerLocation: PA -OnsiteExperience: 7+ YearsVisa: H4-Ead, GC-EAD, GC &USCW2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in algorithms, data processing, model development, and production-level deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Build scalable data pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training. Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and formulate ML-based solutions. Develop and optimize LLM, generative AI, NLP, and computer vision models as required. Implement machine learning models in production using MLOps practices. Perform model evaluation, tuning, and validation using best-practice techniques. Document processes, experiments, and deliverables for maintainability. Integrate models with applications using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and research. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Data Science roles. Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras Experience with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and Generative AI tools (Nice to have / Required depending on role). Hands-on experience with data engineering concepts: SQL, ETL pipelines, data preprocessing, big data processing Knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and their ML services. Experience deploying models via REST APIs, microservices, or serverless functions. Strong understanding of algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines. Experience optimizing large-scale ML workloads. Contributions to open-source ML projects (optional but desirable). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in team environments.
