Job Role: AI/ML Manager (Healthcare, Data Governance, Data Integration, End-to-End Process) Location: Remote, USA Job Type: Contract(Visa Independent Only) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Manager to lead cross-functional data initiatives and strategic transformation efforts within Healthcare Company. This role combines strategic leadership with technical execution, focusing on data governance, AI-driven process optimization, and enterprise-wide data integration. The manager will oversee the AI β€œIzzy” initiative, collaborating closely with analytics, development (India), and data science teams to enable data-driven decision-making and support the organization’s 2026 expansion into Core and Provider domains. Key Responsibilities: β€’ AI Initiative Leadership: Oversee and drive the progress of the β€œIzzy” AI project, ensuring effective collaboration between analytics, data science, and development teams. β€’ Strategic Transformation: Support cross-functional expansion from consumer to provider and core operations; lead change management and ensure operational readiness. β€’ Data Governance & Integration: Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks and integration strategies across data platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance. β€’ Process Optimization: Use AI/ML to identify operational inefficiencies, anticipate downstream impacts, and drive automation and process improvement. β€’ Team Leadership: Mentor and guide data analysts and senior data analysts, translating business objectives into actionable analytical and technical requirements. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders to align data initiatives with organizational goals. β€’ Project Oversight: Track milestones, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery of AI/ML projects. Technical Skills Required: β€’ Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and modeling. β€’ Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools for data storytelling and decision support. β€’ Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive modeling, and data science lifecycle. β€’ Deep experience in data governance, data integration, and end-to-end process ownership. β€’ Familiarity with enterprise data tools such as Leidos 360 or equivalent data integration platforms. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience in healthcare, payer, or provider technology environments. β€’ Proven success in leading AI/ML transformation projects within large, matrixed organizations. β€’ Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation. β€’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
