Role: AIML Support Engineer with DevOps
Location: Irving, TX - On Site

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Support & Maintenance
• Provide L2/L3 support for AIML platforms, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents using tools like OpsGenie and NewRelic.
CI/CD Pipeline Management
• Design, implement, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Optimize workflows for infrastructure and application deployments using GitOps strategies .
Data & Visualization
• Support Looker and Looker Core dashboards for AIML analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with BI teams to maintain visualization integrity.
Automation & Toil Reduction
• Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks and implement self-healing solutions.
• Leverage Python for scripting and orchestration tasks.
Containerization & Orchestration
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (GKE).
• Ensure scalability and resource optimization for AIML workloads.
Cloud & Infrastructure
• Work with GCP-native tools for compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible for automated provisioning
