Airwatch Engineer

Job Title: AirWatch / Observability Engineer Location: Plano, TX Job Type: Contract Overview Catalyst Brands is looking for a mobility support technician who comes from a Global-Driven Environment. Must have at least 3 years experience in the IT industry. The selected candidate will work close with the Mobility engineering team and Internal customers to enforce best practices during implementation, delivery and roll-out of new upgraded products and business solutions. Must have the ability to meet tight deadlines with energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Primary Responsibilities • Experience managing mobile devices and application deployments using Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch). • Experience with daily operational management, monitoring and reporting of large mobile fleets (10,000+ devices). • Management of iOS, Android, rugged devices, and mobile printing platforms. • Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, Zebra StageNow, and other vendor provisioning tools preferred. • Experience with incident and service request management systems (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow). • Scripting (Bash/Shell/PowerShell/Batch). • Additional Experience • 3+ years experience in the mobility environment. Education Requirements • IT certifications is a plus: • Omnissa Certified Administrator – Workspace ONE • Omnissa Certified Engineer – Workspace ONE • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch certification. • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, and SCCM. • Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance. • Experience working in enterprise production environments with 24x7 support. Nice to Have • Kubernetes or Docker exposure. • CI/CD knowledge. • Automation experience. • SRE or DevOps exposure.
