Alteryx Data Engineer

Job Title: Alteryx Data Engineer Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Contract MOI: Video Type: W2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Data Engineer to support a large-scale CRM-to-Salesforce data migration initiative. This role will work closely with the Senior Data Engineer and Technical Product Manager to design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows that automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development expertise, advanced Alteryx skills, and experience working with CRM and database systems. Key Responsibilitie • sAnalyze and understand existing SQL logic, data models, and workflows for enhancements and optimization • .Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) • .Build dynamic input processes utilizing Salesforce Data Loader or equivalent connectors • .Develop and maintain success/error logging and validation processes for data migration activities • .Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to ensure data quality and performance • .Collaborate with Data Engineers and project teams to explore workflow parallelization and automation opportunities • .Support and enhance data pipelines that cleanse, transform, and map data between source and target systems • .Document development efforts and track project work using Jira and Confluence • .Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings . Required Qualificatio • ns8+ years of enterprise SQL data development experienc • e.Advanced expertise with Alteryx Designer for source-to-target data transformation • s.Strong experience with CRM and database systems, including SQL Serve • r.Advanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning skill • s.Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data migration project • s.Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and transformation technique • s.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit • e.Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluenc • e.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill s.
