Job Summary:
In this contingent Information Security Engineering assignment, the engineer will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives related to Information Security Engineering. Responsibilities include supporting large-scale planning efforts, evaluating variable factors impacting security engineering challenges, and contributing to the resolution of moderately complex issues. The role requires a solid understanding of functional processes, policies, procedures, and compliance considerations. Collaboration with client personnel is essential to ensure successful delivery of Information Security Engineering objectives. Required qualifications include 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent through work, military, training, or education.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support moderately complex Information Security Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
Perform analysis on security engineering challenges requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or Power BI Fabric.
Utilize tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence for documentation, workflow, and version control.
Support SDLC processes for security engineering deliverables.
Collaborate with client personnel and internal teams to resolve security engineering issues.
Assist in data reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and report development.
