Title: Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst - Project/Program Management

Position Summary
The Deliver Portfolio Management Lead serves as the Portfolio Lead for North America within the Integrated Make Supply Chain (IMSC). This role focuses on creating business value by governing the DELIVER portfolio of priorities and processes while establishing a strong connection between global performance and regional deliver excellence. The incumbent will oversee portfolio health, performance metrics, and governance while driving process improvements and supporting strategic planning initiatives for the NA Deliver region.
Key Responsibilities
• Measure and monitor performance and portfolio health for capital investments, operating expenses, and savings projects in NA Deliver.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives for the NA Deliver region.
• Ensure accuracy and data integrity in Planisware as the source of truth for portfolio management.
• Lead the budget preparation cycles related to LRFP and other business planning processes.
• Manage portfolio reporting and analytics to ensure visibility into project status, resource capacity, and progress.
• Lead monthly regional portfolio governance meetings and oversee project stage gate approvals.
• Drive adoption of intelligent automation and analytics to improve workflow efficiency and reporting quality.
• Act as the segment portfolio subject matter expert, consolidating project milestones and preparing data insights for governance forums.
• Identify and communicate project risks proactively, offering data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives within the Global Deliver Portfolio Management team.
• Foster collaboration and communication across global, regional, and cross-functional teams to enable informed strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Education / Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Operations preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to lead and influence in a complex matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects and strong understanding of project portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, functions) and strong analytical aptitude.
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Prior experience interacting with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading projects, process improvements, and/or change management initiatives.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.
• Experience working across regions and business segments.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgetary cycles.
• Experience using Planisware and Power BI for data visualization and portfolio management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Macros, data analytics).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Travel Requirement
• Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
