Client Location: Remote (open to Culver City, Cupertino, NYC or Seattle)
Starting: ASAP
Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
Minimum Pay (per hour): 36.94
Maximum Pay (per hour): 41.04
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented analyst with expertise in marketing analytics and a strong foundation in statistics to uncover meaningful insights from data. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven problem solving and excels at translating complex data into clear, impactful findings for key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
β’ Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models (including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models) to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
β’ Assess business needs and translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights and reporting for marketing and product teams, while developing performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels.
β’ Create, maintain, and automate content taxonomies, leveraging them for attribution and performance analyses.
β’ Apply NLP and topic modeling to analyze digital consumer feedback and sentiment for first-party services and competitive insights.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field.
β’ Ability to effectively communicate with social, creative, marketing, advertising, and data science teams, as well as relevant stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrates a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
β’ Proficient in Excel/Numbers.
β’ Strong understanding of social metrics across key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
β’ Ability to analyze content performance across total, paid, and organic channels.
β’ Proficient in social listening, competitive analysis, and audience/consumer insights tools.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Ability to write and query code in SQL.
β’ Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
β’ Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance data.
β’ Experience creating and maintaining marketing taxonomies.
