Overview As a part of the Enterprise Digital Center of Excellence (CoE), you will support the development of world-class digital products, capabilities, and marketing programs that serve our global markets and help drive business growth. As the Analyst of Enterprise Agentic Search, you will play a key role in supporting the operationalization and advancement of American Express’s enterprise-wide strategy for the next generation of Search. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Agentic Search, you will help execute and scale initiatives that enhance discoverability, performance, and customer engagement across AI-driven, agentic, and traditional search ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and eager to work at the intersection of AI, search, and digital experience. Key Responsibilities • Support the Manager in executing the enterprise Search strategy across marketing and servicing ecosystems. • Assist in translating enterprise-level priorities into actionable tasks, deliverables, and supporting materials for global teams. • Coordinate and track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Contribute to day-to-day execution of initiatives, maintaining alignment with enterprise Search goals. • Support program governance through documentation, tracking tools, and status reporting. • Help maintain timelines, workflows, and communication across cross-functional teams. • Assist in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates to support successful delivery. • Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Servicing to support execution of Search initiatives. • Monitor developments in AI-driven discovery, conversational agents, multimodal search, and emerging answer engines, and synthesize key takeaways. • Help drive adoption of best practices through documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing efforts. • Assist in evaluating and supporting the use of search enablement platforms, insights tools, and experimentation frameworks. Qualifications • 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, analytics, digital marketing, product support, or related domains. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with digital marketing and search ecosystems (SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO) • Exposure to modern search transformation—including AI-driven search, conversational agents, or generative AI. • Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing, product, analytics, or technology teams. • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments. • Curiosity and interest in the intersection of AI, search, and customer experience.
