We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Technology Specialist to drive the digital transformation of our department while supporting key engineering strategic initiatives. This dual-focus role requires an understanding of adult learning principles and advanced programming capabilities to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated learning ecosystems, automate departmental workflows, and pioneer AI-driven educational solutions. As a key partner to our Product Development functional teams, you will be responsible for supporting key competency training and learning solutions that empower our technical workforce. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to adjust message by audience. • Demonstrated Project Management Skills and ability to communicate project plans and status using appropriate tools • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote) • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to move projects from ambiguity to execution. • Exhibits a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task #INDEPI
