Analyst – General/Engineering (Underbody Systems Business Office Analyst) Location: Dearborn, MI Schedule: onsite (Fridays Remote) Pay Rate: $36.50/hr with 2 weeks PTO Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Morning Shift). About The Role As an Underbody Systems Business Office Analyst, you’ll collaborate with engineering leadership to turn innovative ideas into actionable plans. This position offers exposure to strategic planning, cross-functional teamwork, and executive-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Aggregate and maintain key organizational metrics to support chief engineer design reviews and operational planning. • Assist with whitespace thinking on emerging challenges and opportunities for the business. • Serve as business analyst for chief engineer, managing monthly operational spend. • Manage weekly agendas, provide Chief Design Review (CDR) meeting minutes, and oversee budget management/reporting. • Ensure compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley), manage KPI dashboards, SharePoint sites, and drive process improvements for efficiency. Required Skills & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s degree. • Experience: • 3+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in corporate strategy, product management, marketing, product development, business intelligence, supply chain, or analytics. • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint; experience with Tableau and Power BI is a plus. • Strong project management and business analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications • Ability to manage complex workloads with a proven record of delivery. • 1+ years of experience at an OEM. • Experience translating research insights into business strategy and product/service design.
