Job Description:
The Experimentation Analyst plays a key role in driving data-driven marketing decisions by designing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments. This role helps measure the real impact of marketing activities across paid and owned channels and integrates those learnings into advanced attribution and media mix models.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and analyze marketing experiments such as A/B tests and matched-market tests to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate experimentation insights into Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) frameworks.
• Interpret and communicate experiment results to stakeholders in marketing, analytics, and business teams.
• Provide analytical support for other marketing and business initiatives as needed.
• Ensure all experimentation follows statistical best practices and drives actionable insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or related field (certifications preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, marketing experimentation, or applied statistics.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working with marketing measurement frameworks like MMM and MTA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, data, and business teams.
