Analyst / Developer – Analytics & Reporting
Location: Peoria, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12?month contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift
Pay: $55–$60/hr (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
Role Overview
This role supports business and operational stakeholders through analytics, reporting, and insights that drive data?based decision making. You’ll build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad?hoc analyses while partnering closely with cross?functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for business audiences
Translate large datasets into clear, actionable insights
Support KPI tracking, operational reporting, and analytics enhancements
Collaborate with analysts, managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure data validation, consistency, and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
5–7 years of hands?on analytics or data analysis experience
Strong SQL and Excel skills
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proven background creating dashboards, reports, and presentations
Preferred Traits
Strong communication skills with non?technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong problem?solving and critical?thinking skills
