Role description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – Specialty 3. The work will be done onsite at the customer’s facility in Nashville, TN. This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is $83.00/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay). Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce-based applications for enterprise financial systems. This position will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, LWC, and Aura frameworks. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software that enhances operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and modify Salesforce applications, components, and integrations to meet business requirements. β€’ Develop and maintain Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, LWC, and Aura components. β€’ Configure Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation. β€’ Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. β€’ Provide technical support, debugging, and performance tuning for deployed applications. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure alignment with project goals. β€’ Document technical processes, code changes, and configuration updates for ongoing maintenance. β€’ Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and team knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. β€’ 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience required. β€’ Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio. β€’ Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud and Salesforce platform configuration. β€’ Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools. β€’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. β€’ Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification required (Trailhead profile link must be included on resume). β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with additional Salesforce technologies and third-party integration tools. β€’ Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline management. β€’ Background working in financial services or enterprise system environments. β€’ Experience with Teamcenter, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps. β€’ Prior experience within large, cross-functional Agile teams is a plus.
