This role is focused on analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data insights—not Business Analysis. Candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC or willing to work on-site in a hybrid schedule. Required Skills & ExperienceData Analytics & Reporting Strong Power BI Developer with hands-on experience building dashboards, data models, DAX, and visualizations Working knowledge of Tableau for reporting and visualization Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, and charting Ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights AI & Productivity Tools Experience using AI productivity tools, especially Microsoft Copilot Tools / Suite Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Visio is a plus Preferred Background Experience working in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28202
