Job Title: Analytics & Automation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain operational and governance dashboards.
• Configure automated workflows to support data governance and business processes.
• Enable reporting aligned to Agile, CI, and governance metrics.
• Support adoption, tuning, and sustainment of analytics solutions.
Core Activities & Deliverables:
• Power BI dashboards integrated with Azure DevOps Analytics.
• Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and tracking.
• KPI definition and reporting for CI and governance.
• Analytics documentation and handover artifacts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or automation roles.
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting Agile or governance reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
Tools, Platforms & Methods:
• Power BI.
• Power Automate.
• Azure DevOps Analytics.
• SharePoint Online.
• Agile metrics and reporting practices.
