Role description
Senior Analytics Consultant – Healthcare & Sales Analytics (Sales Funnel) Please Note: We are NOT seeking pure hands-down SQL coders, report builders, or data engineers. Location: Remote in the USA – Must work West Coast (PST) Hours Pay Rate: Open on W2 Contract Duration: 12+Months with possibility of longer-term extensions If interested, please email your resume to grace.johnson@motionrecruitment.com Please Note: Client is not open to C2C, H1B, TN Visa, 1099, F1 – CPT & OPT at this time Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of sales funnel and healthcare sales analytics reports; manage weekly/monthly updates and present insights directly to leadership. Analyze complex sales and healthcare data using SQL and Excel to create clear, actionable recommendations and options. Lead strategic analytics projects, manage and present weekly and monthly business updates, direct forecasting and target setting and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership. You will own the business story, engage with executive leadership, and recommend solutions that matter. Craft compelling insights in English for non-technical executive decision makers. Engage actively with leadership and stakeholders, take questions, and translate data findings into strategic recommendations. Consume and interpret existing reports, customer survey analytics, and business KPIs (no report building or data engineering required). Focus on call center sales analysis, sales forecasting, and survey analytics to inform solutions and drive results. Experience with BI/report consuming tools.
