Senior Analytics Consultant – Healthcare & Sales Analytics (Sales Funnel)
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team, specializing in healthcare and sales analytics within a customer-facing, internal stakeholder environment. You will proactively lead strategic analytics projects, manage and present weekly and monthly business updates, and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
We are NOT seeking pure hands-down SQL coders, report builders, or data engineers. Instead, we want a hands-on analytics professional who can own the business story, engage with executive leadership, and recommend solutions that matter.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of sales funnel and healthcare sales analytics reports; manage weekly/monthly updates and present insights directly to leadership.
Analyze complex sales and healthcare data using SQL and Excel to create clear, actionable recommendations and options.
Proactively identify business challenges, lead deeper analytics projects, and craft compelling insights in English for non-technical executive decision makers.
Engage actively with leadership and stakeholders, take questions, and translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
Consume and interpret existing reports, customer survey analytics, and business KPIs (no report building or data engineering required).
Focus on call center sales analysis, sales forecasting, and survey analytics to inform solutions and drive results.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales analytics, managing sales funnels, and presenting sales recommendations.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis and manipulation (not coding-focused).
Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to translate analytics for a non-technical audience.
Healthcare analytics or call center sales analytics experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to proactively lead and shape strategic analytics projects in dynamic environments.
Experience with BI/report consuming tools.
