Help Build a Smarter, More Strategic Analytics Team
We’re looking for a seasoned Data Analytics Consultant to help shape the future of a newly formed team of eight analysts. This team is eager, diverse in experience, and ready to grow, but they need a strong coach, mentor, and strategic partner to level up their skills, improve their data fluency, and start confidently delivering business-changing insights.
If you’re passionate about data storytelling, enjoy helping others grow, and love the challenge of transforming insights into action, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
In this strategic consultancy, you’ll help us accelerate the development of our analytics team and guide them through our current and future-state challenges. You’ll be hands-on when needed, but your biggest impact will be shaping how we think about, interpret, and communicate data.

• Explore and prototype Auto-Insights and Q&A bots using generative AI
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a variety of backgrounds and titles—Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Consultant—as long as you bring the right mix of technical fluency, business acumen, and a coaching mindset.
Must-Have Skills
• Proven ability to mentor and train data teams at varying skill levels
• Strong understanding of data storytelling and insight-driven communication
• Ability to operate strategically while also rolling up your sleeves when needed
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Salesforce)
• Experience working with ambiguous, imperfect data and a growing backlog
Bonus Skills
• Experience with generative AI, auto-insights, or Q&A bots for analytics
• Exposure to Sigma or other BI platforms beyond Tableau
• Background in change management or team enablement within data functions
Why This Role?
• You’ll be a catalyst for team growth and maturity
• You’ll get to shape the future of how a company leverages data
• You’ll work with an engaged team and a leader who values clarity, strategy, and storytelling
• Your impact will be tangible, immediate, and high-visibility
