Analytics Consultant

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Analytics Consultant / Decision Scientist to join a Fortune 500 Healthcare Organization and support a rebate forecasting workstream for their PBM business. This individual will be responsible for supporting end users through diving into details, understanding the data being used and the sourcing of the data and the why behind it, and then working to understand all details in order to compare and make a decision. This team acts as the SME of the math and nuances that go along with this workflow and how the data flows and therefore impacts users. Required Skills & Experience • 3-5 years of experience working within data science, data analytics, or data analysis roles • Strong Excel experience • Pivot tables • V look ups • Proficiency in SQL • Healthcare knowledge, PBM preferred • Database experience with Teradata • Excellent communication and stakeholder interface skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience • PBM experience Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
