Position Overview
The Analytics Coordinator will support HR and business leaders by designing, maintaining, and enhancing people data products. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Visualization
• Design, develop, and maintain people data products such as reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Collaborative Problem Solving
• Partner with HR leaders and business teams to understand challenges and deliver actionable insights.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating technical data into clear business narratives.
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and visualizations that highlight key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other departments.
• Maintain large census files and manage regular data updates and reconciliation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in data visualization and information design principles.
• Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HR technologies such as Workday or Visier.
