Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that powers analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, AWS Redshift, and modern data modeling and pipeline development practices to enable high-quality insights for business and data science teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and structured for decision-making, supporting key initiatives around attribution modeling, causal analysis, and measurement frameworks.
Must-Have Skills
• Databricks (Spark-based data processing and pipeline orchestration)
• AWS Redshift (data warehousing and performance tuning)
• Strong SQL (advanced querying, data transformations)
• Python (data engineering, ETL scripting)
• Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schema, semantic layer design)
• ETL/ELT Pipeline Development (end-to-end design, build, and automation)
• Data Quality & Validation Frameworks (ensuring reliable and accurate data)
• Collaboration with Data Science & Business Teams (to align data models with analytics needs)
