Role description
As a key member of our dynamic Data Analytics team, you will play an integral role in developing data solutions and building robust infrastructure to support analytics across the organization. Your work will include financial data visualization, exploratory data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across systems to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers and manage stakeholders from various departments to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure for analytics.
• Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Design and support data visualizations for business and product needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define API reporting and prepare reports for goal tracking.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and errors.
• Partner with engineers to identify and resolve data issues.
• Define and implement key reporting requirements for the business.
• Plan and build scalable analytics infrastructure.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies
• Strong foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field to support analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• 7+ years of experience in data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
• Exposure to data models, ETL frameworks, and familiarity with DBT (a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new tools and processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking and systematic approach to problem-solving.
