Role description
Analytics Engineer
The Analytics Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that transform marketing and enterprise data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets. This role will work across APIs, cloud data platforms, Salesforce, and marketing technologies while ensuring data quality, documentation, governance, and readiness for analytics and AI/LLM use cases.
Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating Salesforce, marketing platforms, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
β’ Develop data transformations and models for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and advanced modeling.
β’ Build API integrations and Python-based solutions for automated data ingestion.
β’ Implement data quality, testing, monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting processes.
β’ Maintain metadata, data definitions, lineage, and technical documentation.
β’ Prepare datasets and documentation for AI/LLM applications and leverage modern AI tools across development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
β’ Strong SQL and Python skills with production data pipeline experience.
β’ Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
β’ Strong experience with REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, error handling, and schema changes.
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce data and marketing technology ecosystems.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality, governance, and production engineering practices.
β’ Experience supporting analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and analytical modeling.
β’ Proficiency with modern AI tools and experience incorporating AI into engineering workflows.
Nice to Have
β’ Experience with Rivery and/or Boomi.
β’ Experience preparing data for AI/LLM, RAG, or agent-based applications.
β’ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
β’ Background in advanced analytics, machine learning, customer identity resolution, marketing attribution, or campaign measurement.
β’ Experience with data privacy, consent management, and customer/marketing data governance.
