Analytics Engineer

Position: Analytics Engineer Compensation: $45 - $58/hour Location: Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Analytics Engineer to join their team! You'll be a pivotal part of a dynamic team, driving maintenance planning and equipment optimization. This position opens up due to the company's expansion in the water infrastructure space, ensuring operational reliability. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Build and maintain data models for maintenance operations • Transform raw data into polished datasets and reports • Create dashboards for preventative and predictive maintenance • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data needs and KPIs • Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and documentation • Analyze asset health and work order metrics • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree required • Strong understanding of Python & SQL • Experience with API rules and protocols • Familiarity with GitHub for development organization • Relevant experience in water midstream/infrastructure or Oil & Gas • Dashboard experience with tools like Power BI Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Machine Learning knowledge • Experience with large data sets • Familiarity with Snowflake • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and customer service skills Perks & Benefits: • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance • Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance • Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay • Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: • Potential 10% travel to field sites • Interview process: Initial call followed by onsite technical assessment • Collaborative team environment with cross-functional engagement If you are interested in learning more about the Analytics Engineer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
