Role description
Analytics Developer-Need to take online Glider test to be considered.
Location : Rockville, Hybrid (3 days Government site and 2 days WFM), MD (NOTE
• Candidate must be able to come in full 5 days a week onsite in Rockville, MD if client changes to mandatory onsite.

• Project type (Contract or Contract to hire): Contract
Duration of the project: Long Term
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in analytics development
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong understanding of relational database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and complex SQL joins
• Experience working with cloud data platforms preferably BigQuery
• Experience working with web analytics data and implementing digital analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience working with APIs and data integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to leverage AI or machine learning tools to enhance analytics
